When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
• Username — your chosen display name within the app
• Habit data — the habits you create and your daily completion records

We do not collect your real name, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Track21 app experience:

• Syncing your habits across devices via your account
• Displaying your progress and streaks
• Sending password reset emails when you request them

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security with row-level access controls. Your habit data is also stored locally on your device for offline access.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.

Third-Party Services

Track21 uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and cloud database (their privacy policy)
• Apple Sign In — optional authentication method (Apple's privacy policy)

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account:

• All your habits and completion records are permanently deleted
• Your profile information is permanently deleted
• Your authentication record is permanently removed
• Local data on your device is cleared

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children's Privacy

Track21 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (visible within the app)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data by contacting us

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
